Our processes involve a lot of chemical processes from pyrolysis to ammoxidation. We need chemical engineers that can optimize processes on both small and industrial scales. Experience in biochemistry or carbon capture is plus.
The more efficiently and profitably we can sequester carbon dioxide and produce profitable byproducts, the faster and easier we can scale. We need brilliant minds to optimize every manufacturing process we have.
The carbon capture complexes we are building have a lot of complexities to them. We need to develop cost-effective and structurally-stable designs for our facilities to be built on a massive scale.
One of our philosophies is "the cure can't be worse than the disease". We need environmental engineers to make sure our processes are environmentally conscious and that the biochar we produce is optimally used to improve agriculture and ecosystems.
