Blusky is designing and prototyping new processes and reactors to help convert organic waste into energy and captured carbon. We need great engineers to help innovate in these areas.

All engineers on the team are expected to be self-motivated, outside-the-box thinkers, and highly passionate about helping the environment and preventing climate change. For this role specifically, other requirements include:

• Ability to think in terms of manufacturing optimization
• Some background knowledge of biomass pyrolysis and anaerobic digestion
• Some background knowledge of carbon mineralization
• Strong background in chemistry as well
