Blusky Converting Wood to Biochar
Blusky has just installed its Vulcan pyrolysis system in its Old Saybrook pilot facility.
This machine can capture over 1,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide by converting local wood waste from town dumps into biochar, a carbon negative soil additive.
Blusky is now working to get its biochar certified to begin selling carbon credits through its partners. The facility is expected to be fully ramped up the summer of 2023.
